Yesterday the first book of Solidarity entitled “Collaborative mission in South Sudan” was finally presented.
The presentation, which involved more than 100 people including religious, donors and friends of the association that has been working in South Sudan since 2008, took place online in order to welcome as many people as possible.
The text, written by Fr Lazar Stanislaus (SVD) and Sr Carolyn Buhs (SNDdeN), with the collaboration of Sr Teresa Okure (SHCJ), Sr Maria Cimperman (RSCJ) and Fr Jose Cristo Rey Paredes (CMF), offers biblical, theological and historical reflections on life in South Sudan and on the impact of the activities of the projects of Solidarity with South Sudan, which for years has been working for a future of peace and reconciliation in this country.
