This year, the Sustainable Agriculture Project in Riimenze (SAP-R) promoted by Solidarity has implemented the cultivation of sorghum, which after growing very well is ready for harvest. Sowing sorghum in Western Equatoria State is not a common practice, but efforts are being made to encourage its development in the area because it is a crop that takes root well, is nutritious and can contribute to mitigate the food crisis in the country.
