Past and Future, a Legacy of Leadership at STTC

The Solidarity Teacher Training College (STTC) announces two important news. After six years of outstanding service, including five as Principal, Br Chris Soosai, De La Salle Brothers, is leaving STTC to return to India for a well-deserved sabbatical. Brother Chris has led the college with dedication and passion, leaving an indelible imprint on the student community and helping to strengthen the skills of hundreds of teachers in South Sudan. We are grateful for his commitment and wish him all the best for the future.

At the same time, we are pleased to welcome Brother Francis Xavier Agoah as the new Principal of the STTC. Br. Francis, a member of the Congregation of the Presentation Brothers, brings with him extensive experience in the field of education and leadership. He has already taught at the college since May 2024, proving to be a valuable guide for the students. We wish him every success in his new role and are confident that he will continue to carry out STTC’s mission with dedication and competence.

These changes represent an important time of transition for STTC, but we are confident that the college will continue to thrive under the leadership of Brother Francis, building on the solid foundation laid by Brother Chris.
