Animal Health Training

As part of the Sustainable Agriculture Project in Riimenze, a three-day intensive training course on Animal Health and Hygiene was successfully completed for representatives from the six locations involved in the project, known as Community Animal Health Workers (CAHWs). During these training days, participants acquired fundamental skills in drug administration and best practices for animal care.

This programme represents a crucial step towards improving livestock health in the communities.

In the photo, the CAHWs (in yellow) are pictured with project staff: Onyango Samuel, Livelihoods Officer, and Gimiko Box, Monitoring and Evaluation Officer.
