 The demonstration farm of the Sustainable Agriculture Project in Riimenze is not just cultivated land, but the true heart of the Solidarity with South Sudan project.
Here you will find the Community House, which accommodates the staff and where the administrative offices are located. It is surrounded by a vegetable garden where fresh fruit and vegetables such as jackfruit, cabbage and aloe are grown. Chickens and goats are also raised here. The house is equipped with a kitchen and a dining room where everyone can eat together. This House is a concrete example of everyday sustainability, showing how it is possible to cultivate the land and live in harmony with the environment, a small but powerful model for the whole community.
