A New Milestone in Wau!

We are delighted to announce that construction of the new Solidarity Teacher Training College (STTC) campus in Wau has been completed!

This new space is entirely dedicated to the In-service course for primary school teachers in Wau, which has been running since February 2025 in a temporary facility. The In-service programme is aimed at teachers who already work in primary schools but wish to obtain official certification and the status of Qualified Teacher.

The new campus includes three classrooms, a staff office, bathrooms, a kitchen and a canteen, which are essential for supporting participants during their path to certification. The photos show the exciting moment when the keys were handed over to Sister Dolores, FMA, director of the project in Wau, who passionately supported the achievement of this new goal.

Tomorrow, 29 August 2025, at 3:30 p.m., the blessing ceremony for the campus will be held, officiated by Monsignor Matthew Remijio Adam, Bishop of Wau, followed by light refreshments (download the invitation HERE).

Join us in celebrating this special moment!
