Nurturing hope in Riimenze

Solidarity’s Sustainable Agriculture Project in Riimenze not only grows food, but also builds health!

At the demonstration farm, high-quality local raw materials such as soybeans, moringa and peanuts are grown and harvested.
The Nutrition Programme team then transforms these products into food supplements, true “superfoods”: soy paste and peanut butter, rich in protein; moringa powder, a natural vitamin concentrate.

These food supplements are a fundamental weapon against malnutrition: some are given to the most vulnerable families to protect the growth of children at risk; some are sold on the local market at accessible prices, allowing the whole community to improve their diet in a healthy and natural way.

A virtuous cycle that starts with the seed and reaches the heart of the community. Together, we are sowing a stronger future!
