We are ready to present you the Solidarity book entitled “Collaborative Mission in South Sudan”.
We share with you “Arriving”, a poem written by Fr. Mike Bassano to wish evreybody a happy Easter season.
The Catholic Bishops Conference of Sudan and South Sudan highlights that Pope Francis’ scheduled July visit to South Sudan will bring a message of peace to the country, and encourage prayers for renewal during the Easter period.
“Solidarity is love crossing the borders drawn by self-centrism, in order to enter into the situation of the other, for the purpose of mutual relationship and struggle that heals us all and enacts God’s beloved community.”
The Catholic Bishops and Ordinaries of South Sudan and Sudan have called on the faithful to seize the spiritual moment of Easter celebrations for renewal and to pray and meditate on the forthcoming visit of Pope Francis in July.
