 Juba, South Sudan – To strengthen the professionalism and efficiency of its operations, Solidarity with South Sudan organized an intensive training session on financial and human resources management.
The event was held from 8 to 13 September 2025 at the Good Shepherd Peace Centre in Kit, near the capital Juba. It was chaired by Solidarity’s Executive Director, Fr Hyacinthe Loua SJ, and the central administration of Juba, and was attended by all finance officers from the four projects of the organisation; an initiative considered fundamental to the rigorous management and transparency of the institution. The main objective of the course was to provide participants with the tools necessary to ensure more efficient and accurate resource management, a crucial step for the sustainability and long-term impact of the organization.
