Across rivers and rough roads, Julius Kirya, tutor at the Solidarity Teacher Training College (STTC) in Yambio, travels to every corner of South Sudan to recruit the country’s future teachers. His mission challenges logistical dangers and deep cultural prejudices, driven by the belief that education is the only real engine for rebuilding a nation in peace.
