Today we celebrate World Food Day, a meaningful occasion to reflect on the importance of adequate and sustainable nutrition for all. One of the specific objectives of the Sustainable Agriculture Project in Riimenze, promoted by Solidarity, is to combat malnutrition in South Sudan, where more than 1.6 million children under the age of five suffer from malnutrition.
Through the production and distribution of food additives made from local resources, such as moringa leaf powder or soy paste, the children in need are provided with the necessary nutrients to grow up healthy and strong. This project not only supports children’s health, but also promotes the economic development of local communities by encouraging sustainable agricultural practices. Watch the VIDEO ! Join us in the fight against malnutrition, for a future where every child has access to healthy and nutritious food. Every small act counts!
