Look! We are building a palace

The St. Paul Kindergarten in Riimenze received some building bricks and the teacher took the opportunity to use them in the classroom. At first the pupils were happy to see different things, but they did not know how to use them because they had never played with building blocks. With the teacher’s guidance and help, the pupils were able to create different models and shapes with the bricks and play with them. They started to build a tall building with blocks of different shapes and some turned it into a large palace.

The kindergarten in Riimenze is supported within the framework of Solidarity Sustainable Agriculture project. The school currently has around 200 children, who are offered the opportunity to receive a formal education, be introduced to literacy, and learn the values of respecting others and sharing, including playing together in harmony.
