Warm greetings from all of us involved in the inter-congregational project “Solidarity with South Sudan“, initiated 16 years ago by the UISG and USG, and now providing essential and impactful service to the people of South Sudan. First of all, we express our deepest gratitude to all congregations for their unwavering support, manifested through both the dedication of their members and their financial contributions. Today, we write to seek your cooperation in appointing a new Executive Director for the project. Fr. Jim Greene, of the Missionaries of Africa, will complete his term in March 2025. We immensely appreciate his exceptional service, characterized by unwavering dedication and generosity. To ensure the continuation of this vital work, we ask you to seriously consider if you could find a suitable member in your Congregation to apply for the position of Executive Director of Solidarity with South Sudan.
