The third and final Women’s Empowerment Programme in the Archdiocese of Juba took place from 2 to 8 February 2025, at the Good Shepherd Peace Centre in Kit, this time involving the Eastern Deanery of the Archdiocese. The training, supported by Missio Aachen and organised by the Solidarity Pastoral Service in cooperation with the Archdiocesan Pastoral Office, brought together 64 young women from different parishes. Like the previous sessions – December 2024 (Central Deanery) and January 2025 (Terekekan Pastoral Region) – this cycle aimed to equip young women with skills in leadership, economic empowerment and entrepreneurship to foster their autonomy.
